mine says - "you could use a little more sleep"

it also says in "recovery" after a low mileage week but then suggested a 30 min recovery run for today - stupid thing.

The algorithms throw up odd suggestions sometimes.

V'rap, let's switch watches for this week. Mine doesn't want me to run a marathon nor do the necessary training for it. It just tells me to rest but I have to train and I'm feeling good! You can have mine and appease it by resting for a few days, I'll take yours and make it happy with the VO2 max session it craves.

I’m confused by my numbers today. After a good night sleep I’ve got a body battery of 36 (it was 40 when I woke up yesterday) - it’s usually in the 70s/80s! And it told me yesterday was a high stress day. I’ve been on leave all week and spent most of yesterday reading!

That is odd, CK2. I had a quite stressful day yesterday but my BB reading was only down to 30 at the end of the day. Now it's on 66.

Still not a massive increase overnight Ness but maybe less of a surprise after a stressful day. I hope I’m not going down with something.

mine sometimes tells me I've had a stressful day when I really haven't, it's odd.

Back to the usual maintaining with high aerobic shortage - today's suggestion though is 48 mins base - which is probably about what will happen.

Training load Low, and it's tipped me into Recovery and wants me to do 2:05 at 10.45mm today. Bit brave for seven days post-marathon, though I probably could if I wanted to.

The usual maintaining with high aerobic shortnage and another 40 minutes base suggested for today

I think it has harder runs scheduled for later in the week, but it doesn't seem to adapt when I haven't done the ones it suggested already.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
