Hope you are ok Jen

BB was 100 this morning

I’ve noticed it’s not getting so low now by bedtime so body is adapting to my run commutes

I look at and laugh at most training suggestions and ignore them all!

I've got a lurgy. BB was 0 when I woke up. I went back to sleep. It's 20 now. Resting HR up by 13bpm. I didn't run today, and I don't think it's looking likely I'll run tomorrow. 😓

Garmin wanted me to do 7 reps of 1min at 9:55 pace 3 recovery

1) what’s with 7 reps? Nooooo 6 yrs but not 7!
2) err no I can’t run that fast!

My Garmin told me today that it's going to train me to run a marathon and I should have a rest day. It's OK, it'll have forgotten by tomorrow, it always forgets and just chucks the same old sessions at me.

Mine has decided to drop my hrv from wobbling along the bottom of the green as it has been for a couple of week - right down to the lowest low I can remember seeing. I don't feel wonderful, but think it was just a bit dozy overnight.

Why, when all it does is tell me I have a high aerobic shortage and my load is maintaining is the next week's worth of training short base runs?
- it was that before the low hrv, so it's just being useless.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
