My status today is.....

Body Battery - 35 now and was 73 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 13 points overall since noon. You did a good job balancing activity, stress, and rest today to keep your battery from bottoming out."
VO2 max - superior 45
Training status - "productive" - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 1,012
Sleep Score - fair 61 for 6h 3m "Shorter than ideal, interrupted"
HR - resting - 48
Today's training suggestion - recovery 12:40/mi 34:00 - I went for a bit of a walk instead.

Garmin told me to rest today - I ignored it again
It told me I am strained due to low HRV, my BB is low (41) and that my RHR is up
but my run/walk is the best part of my working day so I ignored it - if I break myself as a result .... well no races planned so no problem haha

I have been advised to have a rest day today. Surprised at the lack of tellings-off for not doing even the titchy long runs the watch recommends.

mine is bery mundane, middling everything.
Suggestion is a 107min 'long run' @ 13:00

If I could stick to 13:00 it's probably about right, but I will end up runwalking with the joggy bits in the 12s.

yesterday I ignored the rest and commuted
today it's not insisting on rest but a 61 min base run!

I have just been up and down stairs three or four times with washing/books/assorted crap and bagged up some old clothes for recycle at the tidy tip.
Garmin just flashed up with "stressful period, 9:5x -10:2x and some other data I can't remember"

wassat about then?

ohhhh
that's new and exciting!

My Fenix 6 doesn't seem to have the new stuff like sleep coach
I have once had an "abnormal HR" warning
or delayed recovery but nothing too exciting

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
