I hadn't added anything to my calendar. I've now added a couple of races to see if that prompts it to try to train me for them, but it didn't.

I'm not getting any stuff at all. eL Bee! still gets a daily training suggestion. I wonder if I've accidentally pressed a button to stop that feature. Or rolled my eyes a little too loudly.

My Garmin stopped giving me training suggestions a few months ago. I think that coincided with when I put a workout into my calendar just to see if it would work. It did btw. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ That said, it is popping up daily 'training suggestions' again now.

My Garmin doesn't give any HRV data and I'm still tempted to buy a chest heart rate monitor strap but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost.

I only get VHR information overnight

So a strap would be weird

Oh. My mistake. I thought the HRV data was more accurate if you used a separate heart rate monitor.

Whether or not you get overnight HRV data depends on which model of watch you have.

That'll have to wait for the next Garmin upgrade then. Won't be for a while yet.

resting hr was up to 46 yesterday and still there today
hrv dropped to bottom of normal range yesterday and unbalanced today
body battery only charged to ~50 overnight Sat and 42 last night

After a pretty restful week, I think Garmin was telling me something was up

I assume my gadget is not one that offers heat acclimation data, because I'd expect to have picked some up over the last few days if it did.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
