mine is supposed to, but it takes official temp from a local weather station so only does the calculation based on that rather than the actual temp in the sun that I'm feeling

Mine went down yesterday. I had sweat running into my eyes and making my contact lenses sting 🧐

Don't think I've ever got a score that high!

Today's status....

Body Battery - 41 now and was 89 when I first got up.
VO2 max - superior 46
Training status - "maintaining" - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 858
Sleep Score - good 87 for 7h 26m "Continuous" sleep
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - recovery run "12:30/mi 32:00" I opted for intervals instead.

HRV finally back to balanced - after10 days unbalanced or low

training status still recovery - does it ever drop to detraining? I must be by now?

Body battery charged to 100 overnight, don't think I've ever seen that before!

seems like I have no more excuses?

I've been on 'Strained' training status for about a week, and hit a training readiness of 1! I got ill, my HRV fell through the floor and it's only now starting to creep back up. Hopefully it will get closer to normal before too long and I'll feel like training properly again.

I can see the graph for VO2max and the one for endurance dropping, so that's detraining in my book - but not Garmin's (yet)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
