My Garmin is telling me I am exhausted, and I agree with it.

Sleep score just 41
BB started the day at 32 (bottomed out last few days)

RHR and HRV fine.

It even told me this morning my recovery has been delayed by poor sleep, it suggested I have a nap! Do you think my boss would be ok with that?

Just checked my status - "maintaining" - High Aerobic Shortage. It has been that way since 17th May, with the suggestion. "To see improvement" I should "try working out longer or more often."

Body Battery - 46 now and was 87 when I first got up.
VO2 max - superior 46
Load - optimal 861
Sleep Score - poor 56 for 7h 26m "shorter than ideal, not enough REM"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - base 10:40/mi 45:00. I was slower than that today but did at least , run for an hour. No running tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see if the status changes.

Misread and typed the wrong sleep time in! Was actually only 6 hours. I think that's wrong though.

For 3 days (or is it 4?) Garmin has been telling me to do a 30 min threshold run
It was 11:10 pace
Given last week I just managed a sub 40 5k I think it’s a little optimistic 😁

My Garmin told me to do a pair of threshold runs at close to my current 10k race pace yesterday, two days after a 10k race. I think it may not have been programmed with the recovery needs of old women. I did 60 minutes easy instead. Today it's suggested 27 minutes at 8.20mm pace, which is in the right ball park by chance because I have a 5k race tonight.

mine has just told me that spending half an hour searching for my passport was stressful and depleted my body battery by 5 points.

It still thinks I'm 'productive' and has done for a week - which is about the longest ever.
Shame it's from coming back from a low point :(

Hi. Just popping for some fetchie advice. After 3 hours sleep last night, run and weight training session today, my "body battery" according to Garmin dropped to 5. I've not recalled it being that low before. If you were me would you change your training plan for tomorrow or just ignore it? Not sure what to do. It's still on 5 now.

TIA

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
