I often get a sleep score over 90 and BB 100 but this morning no sleep and no HRV and BB 45.

Just a quickie and haven’t read back to see if anyone else has had the same issue; after the latest update the other day my garmin stops recording HR once I’ve got in from doing an activity. I’m having to turn it off and back on again for it to record… anyone else getting this?

Last night a sleep score of 81 out of 100. Duration 6h 49 minutes. Continuous. So ok in mine too.

Thanks for checking!

I’ll just have to remember to keep turning it on and off again until it starts to behave itself 😝

After an update yesterday I've got my suggestions back! I'm ignoring 25 minutes threshold at 8.15mm today; it would have been good for my virtual 4k race effort tomorrow.

Otherwise, my Garmin thinks I'm in fine fettle but not doing enough training. It's whomped my Acute Load down to the low 400s and slapped a Recovery verdict on me today.

BB up to 100 today but given it was almost 50 when I went to bed last night it should be!!!

SS Good at 84 with 7:43 hrs of sleep

HRV is good being balanced with 7 day av at 74 and overnight at 82

I keep dropping to recovery then up to maintaining with some exercise
I continually have high aerobic shortage but optimal training load

fitness age is 48.5 (actual 51) with goal of 46.5 not sure if this will drop with weight?
VO2 a poor "good" at 35

I did set up a Garmin 10k plan but I think I will pause it until I finish work and can train better and adjust my routes to the session eg a flatter more even place for speed work and better hills etc

I'm back to Maintaining after going out for a run, but it'll try to whack me back down under the line overnight.

My Fitness Age could apparently be improved if I bought a pair of Garmin Connect approved scales instead of putting in a weight manually from time to time. Nice try, Garmin! I've got enough junk data to fret about without getting something that'll generate random numbers for my body composition.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
