I wonder if your watch is playing up and needs a reboot as you are getting strange readings.Especially no sleep!

I really didn't sleep more than two or three 10-20 minute stretches, so maye that wasn't enough to register

However, I managed to drop off again around 6 and had a solid 90 minutes and it didn't spot that either, though battery is now charged up to 48.

todays suggestion is 55 minutes with 2x 15 'threshold', my plan has 4x3 mins max effort. I think a gentle jog is more likely!

My Garmin says I'm fine today and should run 50 miles this week. I don't think it's been programmed to understand about marathons.

I'm not believing the body battery on my garmin today - yesterday my bb started at about 25 and finished at 5 (and had it as a high stress day - but was in bed for most of it!) [I think I was wiped out after covid booster] and then battery almost recharged fully overnight (considering I didn't feel rested when I woke up I don't believe it) it still thinks my bb is 73 (but I'm sitting here wondering out how early I can go to bed!)

Since my last race just over a week ago, my Garmin has stopped offering me training suggestions. This doesn't matter since I ignored them anyway, it's just an unexpected change.

Otherwise, it says I'm in fine fettle and remains highly motivated to declare my training load Low.

as my weekly mileage has increased over the weeks Garmin is now saying I am in recovery as I'm at the upper limit of me current fitness tolerance

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
