Garmin isn’t happy with me
Low sleep scores
Hrv dropped to unbalanced

RHR up 1 each of the last few days

Last 2 days BB dropped to 5 and only got to 50 ish next day
But I feel fine

Hope it doesn’t know something I don’t know!
Easy day today

mine isn't quite as unhappy with me as it was yesterday
training readiness 46, low
HRV no longer low but still unbalanced
RHR - still normal 40
body battery charged to 72 after 6hrs good sleep (that's an overestimation)

training plan has a rest day today, garmin says 30 mins base.

If Ocado don't get a move on it will be rest by default.

Sleep Coach has landed! It says I sleep too much. Pfft. I'd take more, personally. I'd like to go back to sleeping straight through the night instead of waking in the small hours.

my sleep coach tells me I need more sleep, every single day.

Had three restful days with just a little walking a good run yesterday and my HRV has shot up to the top of the green zone.

noticed a pattern where my rhr is always three or four points higher at the top of usual range in the morning after a longer run.

today's suggestion is 39 minutes base - why doesn't it round up to 40?
noticed also that suggested base pace is back to 13 mi/mile - it had crept up to 13:20 by Christmas. I think that's about right - if I could stick to it and not keep resorting to run-walk.

My Garmin has been agitating for several days to drop my Training Load to Low and give me a finger-wagging. I didn't run yesterday and hope this morning's status is enough to scratch its itch.

(It has suggested a session for today which wouldn't bring me back into the Optimal zone.)

mine agrees with me that my training load is lower than it should be, says training readiness is high - and then suggests 43 mins base.

Improved from strained to recovery
Suggests 99 mins (ffs what?) of base
I will try a run later but not that long!

I have no idea what is happening with my hrv,
it used to be a lovely cycle of gentle ups and downs sometimes bottoming out in unbalanced.
now it seems much more volatile

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
