68 hours recovery. Mind you, that was after a 10K race. 4.6 aerobic training effect, 0.7 anaerobic. I suspect that tomorrow"s running suggestion will be rest.

I was slightly put out that after my 1.25 km warm up, Garmin said that I needed 12 hours recovery.

I'm unbalanced after a poor sleep but I should still do some threshold work!

I had one normal HRV yesterday and my HRV came back to Unbalanced and my Training Status changed from Strained to Recovery. My Body Battery only got to 65 overnight.

Also got threshold work on the suggestions.

Discovered that I can calibrate the treadmill runs before uploading each time I use the treadmill. That's useful.

Garmin told me to rest today
I’m running to from work
It seems it pays more attention to hrv than body battery

Yesterday bb was 50 told me to do threshold run
Today it’s 75 and rest

Hrv still unbalanced, bb is 75, rhr 40.
Status recovery - acute training load low.
Today’s suggestion is tempo, 26@11.
I suppose that whilst I’m somewhere with plenty of pavement I could give it a go, but not loving the idea.

Joining the inexplicable hrv plummet club

Not over exercising, feeling well, sleeping better than usual, lowest values I've ever seen.

Still unbalanced, almost creeping into the bottom of my usual zone.

Today my garmin says I am fat! My fitness age has gone up from53 to 57 and it is “high priority” that I reduce my bmi.
Seems putting on anotherlb has tipped me over a line somewhere, it wasn’t that judgemental last week.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
