^ that’s wrong it says vig days average are 0 per week, but has average 75 minutes per week which is also not quite right based on what it gives me for the runs - even though it is much lower than would be my norm.

I have a 245 music, and don't have quite a few off the metrics mentioned by others. This is possibly why my fitness age is supposedly 25. And my VO2 Max is in the top 20%

(I gained a point last week: running is now 44. Bafflingly, cycling is 45.)

My vigorous days were zero over 4 weeks yesterday, and my fitness age went up by 3 years. Today, after 1 run, there's a tick on vigorous days (although annoyingly I can't drill down on it, it just shows a tick next to "maintain at least 3 days/wk"). What I will say is I installed a software update yesterday morning. Maybe that reset it? Anyway, I'm back down to 49.5 fitness age. I'm sure it bothered me about my body fat yesterday, but I've got a green tick this morning. It's all witchcraft anyway. 🤣

I suspect it's giving zero vigorous days in four weeks if you have no vigorous minutes today. Forgot to check that before running to work this morning. Does that fit with yesterday for you quimby?
BMI might be a red herring, it's just looking for ways to fix the error it made itself

Apparently I should do threshold intervals at 9:45 pace (1 on 3 recovery) X 7 today

Err nope
1 it's too dark when I run
2 I can't run that fast (yet!)

For a minute, EvilPixie If I can I bet you can too :)

But not in the dark on wet leaves, that would be silly

Maintaining

Fitness age stil 57. Still no vigorous days, but I am to maintain 75 vigorous minutes per week
No idea what it’s doing there.

Suggests 40 mins base, 13:20.

This is 4 week graph of intensity minutes - which is lower than usual, but not zero.

Somehow that translates as:
Increase vigorous days, 4wk average 0 days per week.

Something is wrong somewhere

Unsafe Breadbin
Moved out of 'strained' and into recovery, which was nice. A low aerobic shortage probably caused by running without a chest strap and inaccurate wrist-based HR reading.

HRV still tracking as 'low' although last night's was 84ms which was within 'normal' range.

VO2 max increased to 62. Weirdly fitness age had also increased to 47.5, but now reverted to 42.

Suggested training, an arbitrary 43 mins @ tempo pace. Probably a bit too soon for that kind of shenanigans after the marathon last week.

Badger Yeah, I did nothing vigorous on Weds - it was a gym day, it was all lifting heavy things. This morning's run was definitely vigorous.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
