That's always my priority RH
every now and then it loses the "vigorous day" count and I gain years
Interestingly I apparently can't go below 45.5 but I have seen many people say they are many years below their actual age - I think Ness is an example

If you can go super low, you have an old watch.

I think mine doesn't go much below my actual age, EvilPixie. I'll take a look. Haven't checked in a while so can't remember.

Today it also says...

Body Battery - 33 now and was 76 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 43 points overall since you woke up. Your body battery is a little low for this time of day. Try to find some moments to relax and recharge."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Maintaining - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 762
Sleep Score - fair 80 for 6h 58m "continuous"
HR - resting - 45

Today's training suggestion - Threshold 4x7:00@8:15/mi 54:00.... nope. Didn't do that. Did a long run instead.

Cross Post. No need to apologise, Pix.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
