Body battery: 49 on waking, back to 5 now.

SS: 62 'fair' 8 hours but very restless.
Stress: current 39 (7-day ave 42)

Just feel shattered all the time.
Feel ok while actually doing the 'thing' but no buzz after.

Thought I'd check what mine is saying about me now....

Body Battery - 28 now and was 96 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 26 points overall since noon. High stress can drain your battery, so to be sure to give yourself time to give yourself time to relax each day."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Productive - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 870
Heat acclimation 3%
Sleep Score - good 86 for 8h 8m "continuous"
HR - resting - 43
Today's training suggestion - "VO2 max 9x2:00@7:45/mi 54:00" Nope! Far too fast for me!

BB 73 after nearly 7hrs fair sleep.
HRV balanced, but still wobbling along the bottom of range - has been low for at least a fortnight.
RHR 42.
Sums up to moderate training readiness 64, ready for the day.

Garmin has set 7x1 minute ‘anaerobic’ again.

Not sure if I dare inflict that on my aging joints again, only last did that on Monday…

Shockingly I am showing a productive for a second day - but having only done yoga today I expect that to go tomorrow!!
BB got to 73 after bottoming at 5 last night post commute
RHR about normal
HRV 77 overnight and balanced at 72
SS 86 good which is a surprise as I moved to the spare room due to Mr Pixi snoring again!!
Standard 46 mins of base training suggested

Having had a few days of Maintaining I'm back to Strained. It's all about the HRV, everything else is fine. The watch suggests 37min at 12.10mm so it obviously wasn't as impressed with yesterday's session as it was with the corresponding session last week.

I'm also in the 'strained' camp, which also seems to be derived from my HRV.

HRV has dropped from a regular mid 70s to mid 60s in the space of the past week. Not sure why, I don't feel 'strained'.

I'm at the end of marathon training and well into the taper so it may just be down to shonky readings.

In any case, I never trust Garmin's wrist-based HR on any proper workouts, preferring to use the HR strap.

whenever I have been strained it too has related to poor HRV when the 7 day average was below baseline.
mine stayed that way until Garmin had adjusted my baseline so that I was balanced!

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
