It won’t let me do that Pix. Not too bothered about it really. I feel good so that’s what I’m going off today 😃. Will see if it registers tomorrow just because I like to see what it says even though it’s wrong most of the time 😂

Interesting that the Fenix 7 is getting nap tracking (beta only at the mo):
dcrainmaker.com
I tend to have a quite short night sleep - 5 or 6 hours - then top up with a nap about 15:30 after work. I shall be interested to see if my Garmin is a bit more forgiving on my training readiness as a result of knowing about my naps!

HRV Low, training load Low, status Strained. It recorded a small heart rate spike each time I woke up from an unpleasantly strange dream.

48min @ 10.30mm today.

First time in literally weeks (I think 6 weeks) that it’s shown ‘Productive’ today. I haven’t felt right for about 3 weeks, as I travelled to and from Chicago and I do think it takes me a while to get back to normal following flights such as this. HRV has been really low since Chicago, and I just haven’t felt like running, although I’ve been ticking over on Zwift. I’ve been sleeping well since Chicago, but just not felt like I’ve been firing on all cylinders, and for the first time since I’ve returned, I felt like I actually wanted to run yesterday (other than that I’ve just done 2 parkruns, mainly as I want to do 50 parkruns this calendar year). HRV back to normal today actually, and it showed ‘Productive’, which kind of aligns with how I am feeling. Probably a fluke on Garmin’s behalf ;)

My Garmin doesn't say productive very often but today.....

Body Battery - 35 now and was 76 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 10 points since noon. If you have activities planned today, give yourself time to relax and recharge."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Productive - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 907
Heat acclimation 6%
Sleep Score - good 74 for 7h 18m "not enough REM"
HR - resting - 48
Today's training suggestion- recovery 11:55/mi 30:00 ... Well, didn't do that! 🙄

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
