Describe your ideal run, ride or swim. I'm not a massive lover of "racing" on the trails, but in terms of training runs, I love a quiet, easy trail with the trees, birds, sun glistening. I can sometimes tick off a few miles in those circumstances, and hardly realise I've done them. |
