I’ve got a 10k race tomorrow.
I am NOT in “race shape” by anybody’s definition, least of all mine, and to prove that you can’t even bet on me for the 10k because I haven’t done the distance enough recently 😆

But I think I’m a good bet for the 5 mile benchmark so feel free to take a punt on me for that…

I've got a 20 mi LR with 13 mi at MP tomorrow, aiming for sub 1:44, potentially a bit faster. My benchmark from a previous run is 1:45:08 and I think I can beat that by a few minutes.
