I'm going for a recovery ride with friends tomorrow so I'll score at least a point in each bike category.

Also, good to see you among our noble house of Roughskin, @Velociraptor In fact, so many familiar names, I feel really at home.

@HellsBells I solved the problem by putting my Garmin under my swimming cap. I wore one directly on my head, put the Garmin in and put another one on top so that Garmin was in a watertight bubble on my head. It did record a GPS trace but it was a bit wonky - I didn't care.

I got on the board in all my challenges. I have a cunning plan to maximise my bike points. My dad still has his bike on the rollers in the basement when I visit for Easter. So I'll have a chance to ride a fast 5 and 10 miles without wind or hill interference.

I'm not doing any cycling currently (and haven't done for some years now so no benchmarks there!) I'm doing OK in my running matches. Just behind in the 400m one. Am going to try and work on that this evening.

I managed to top my table in 10k after tagging on a few laps round the car park to make up the distance. I'm never usually a slave to GPS but it was for the team. 👍

I managed some speedy intervals at my track session this evening so beat my time for 400 metres. Currently top of the table in all my matches. Don't know how long that will last.

The toenails are coming for us. I did a fast 5 miler on the bike today and took the lead in my bracket. When I've recovered a bit more, I'll give the 10 miles a go
