Really enjoyed the idea and it certainly made me do a longer cycle than normal on one of the days. And I was certainly thinking about a few of the distances a little more in training. Nicely Fetch, thanks.

Suggestions:

Some additional longer distances would be good, if there are enough players who run longer to make that viable. 10-mile, 15-mile, HM, sort of thing.

There should be an "Opt Out" button that can be used for a certain period of time to allow those who entered without knowing what they were getting into, to leave without prejudice. Similarly for people who have unavoidable life events etc. This will potentially save a House being disadvantaged by a player's inability to participate or their desire to drop out, for whatever reason.
