I have been tired for weeks, exhausted for nearly a fortnight. Currently, the stats match that.

Previously, by BB has been 80+ on waking but never felt full of beans! Don't think I have ever woken up feeling full of beans my entire life... Usually feel at my absolute worst in the morning.

Wonder what my Garmin says today....

Body Battery - 57 now and was 74 when I first got up. "Your body battery increased 51 points while you slept. Stress can cause battery levels to drop, so look for opportunities to relax today.."
VO2 max - superior 47
Training status - Recovery - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 704
Sleep Score - fair 68 for 6h 49m "shorter than ideal, not enough REM"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - "VO2 Max 10x2:00@7:45/mi 58:00" no chance!!!! I did run a bit. 😉😂

Maintaining, anaerobic shortage.
Hrv drting bacck towards balanced and rhr back to its usual 37
Readiness moderate, listen to your body
Suggestion - anaerobic, 6 x 1 minute.
Going for a circle
Collecting jog in a bit, might try a couple of efforts
And see how I feel.

My first ever Strained status :-O Training load is fine, BB 85%, it was quite complimentary about my sleep, but my HRV is in the red zone, also for the first time. The watch recommends a rest day.

I think it's just attention seeking now.

Finally. My status is back to "maintaining"! Stats are....

Body Battery - 48 now and was 68 when I first got up. "Your body battery increased 45 points while you slept. Stress can cause battery levels to drop so look for opportunities to relax today."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Maintaining - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 699
Sleep Score - fair 62 for 6h 20m "shorter than ideal, not enough REM"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - "Base 10:10/mi 45:00" certainly not that pace today.

Good sleep at 84
HRV 84 so happy
RHR good for me

Obviously my body likes lazy days 😊

Mines been on strained for some time and it has nothing to do with last weekends wet ultra i only did half or so off.

Down to catching lurgy on way to Majorca for a weeks holiday and assuming we trust the Garmin stats to be at least consistent only really being shot of illness post ultra.

Based on HR dropping back to normal levels and the HRV actually going back up to normal.

HRV back to balanced - just
Still productive, which seems odd as VO2max is dropping and now the lowest its ever given me.
RHR 43, nearly 7 hrs sleep but scored poor and BB only charged to 52.

Says training readiness poor, time to recharge but also suggests a 1 hr 46 min “long” run.

CBA with Pilates this morning. Will see if the wind calms down and maybe go for a little jog later once I’ve got through some of today’s todo list.

The status is a 7 day rolling average isn’t it?

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
