Training status back to productive, no idea why!
HRV unbalanced but not as low as it was. 7 hrs good sleep and RHR 40 again.
Suggestion is still the 1hr42min ‘long’ run it’s had on the calendar for a few days, so not adapting training this week so far.
Have lost a couple of hours somewhere this morning, though, so whether I’ll get more than an hour?

One more low HRV and I'll be down in the red zone. I wonder what'll happen?

I was red for 3 days, first time that’s happened and not due to ‘training’ too much. Garmin didn’t change its suggestions for me.

I'm about to drop into the low HRV zone too.
Maybe there is something in the air?!

According to my Garmin, I'm still recovering but stats are looking a bit better!

Body Battery - 62 now and was 84 when I first got up. "Your body battery increased 48 points while you slept. Keep tabs on your energy levels and look to mix in some restful periods."

VO2 max - superior 47
Training status - Recovery - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 590
Sleep Score - good 85 for 7h 14m "continuous"
HR - resting - 46

Today's training suggestion - "Base 10:10/mi 1:09:00" Nope! Too soon after my race for that. Did get out for a recovery run though.

Urgh, BB just 36 this morning, lowest I have seen it other than the day after an ultra.
It was suggesting I took a nap before I'd even got out of bed!!

BB: 27 (down from 36 this morning)
RHR: 47 (7-day ave 44)
Stress: 30 (7-day ave 40)
Sleep Score: 58 'Poor'
HRV: Balanced (bottom end of range though)

Training status: Maintaining, load 594
VO2 Max: 48 'superior'
Training suggestion: 42 mins base @ 10:30m/m

Last night my BB was at 10. I did a 6-mile run anyway which included Club intervals. Needless to say I bottomed out. I didn't feel any worse for it.

I take absolutely no notice of what Garmin says as it is a load of hot air.
Today 100 BB,sleep score 95 -perfect so on those stats you would think I am full of beans-Nope feel liske a wet dishcloth :) good job I listen to my body rather than a silly watch.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
