I should have accepted the Garmin session after all. It knew better than I did.

Mine doesn’t!

I *think* I’m going to follow it’s idea of paces rather than heartrate for a bit and see what happens.

“Short non-restorative sleep”
Yeah, thanks for that Garmin, I wish I’d managed the 4 hrs 50 mins you think I had.
Still “recovery but fitness holding steady”
not going to do today’s session of 42 mins base, should have gone out an hour ago if I were going to find a run window today.

I got a flattering sleep report despite very broken sleep, but my HRV has been bumping along the bottom for weeks. It wants me to do 48min at 10.30mm and has pushed my weekly mileage target from 30 to 40.

Finally back in the 'productive' zone!
Hurrah.

Still tired, stressed and sleeping badly though.
Wish I knew why.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
