60 hours recovery
Rest due to excessive fatigue
I didn’t wear my watch last night so missing some data Yesterday’s run was 98% in zone 4 Apparently when the wheels started to fall off I also jumped down a well and stayed under ground for the rest of the race which would explain why it was so hard!

I saw a lowest ever overnight HRV this morning, and my BB only just got into the 50s. Predictably, my watch told me to have a rest day, which is reasonable but not entirely necessary.
76% Z3 and 17% Z4 for yesterday's race, 81% Z3 and 14% Z4 for my race last week. The engine appears not to be the limiting factor. Either the bodywork is a bit rusty or the driver is a daisy.

My Garmin was giving me dire warnings about poor sleep and lack of recovery this morning so I thought I'd check again now....
Body Battery - 29 now and was only 40 when I first got up.
VO2 max - superior 48 Training status - Recovery - High Aerobic Shortage Load - optimal 669 Sleep Score - poor 42 for 6h 16m "Shorter than ideal. Non-restorative." HR - resting - 44 Today's training suggestion - "Recovery 11:55/mi 32:00" ... Hopefully I'll get a better night's sleep tonight. 🤞

I didn’t wear mine overnight but it decided I would be 50 ish on getting up Now at 75! Up 22 since noon 😊 Even with my mini run I’ve been a good restful aflete! Today it told me to rest so given I’m at 75 now I may get the magic 100 over night
Will be interesting to see what it thinks I should do tomorrow given it still say 49 hours recovery

Apparently I’m “strained”. Still suggested a 22min tempo run, which won’t help much with that!!!

'non-restorative' sleep for 6 or 7 weeks. Yeah. I know.
