My season opening 1500 came out at 198 without the RD Pod so definitely differences between the methods of measuring. Wonder which is more accurate.

Haven’t run for a week now (or is it 8/9 days?).
Actually had a proper sleep last night and old lady joints don’t feel so grumbly so maybe the motivation to get back out there will kickin this morning?

Garmin says
9 hous sleep, score 91 excellent :)
HRV balanced, training readiness high and in recovery.

Maybe if I get moving again I’ll dodge the ‘detraining’ score?

BB has been below 75 for weeks, regularly end the day in low teens.
Sleep score 'fair' at best with some 'poor' nights thrown in.

I've just finished 2 weeks off work and I'm going back tomorrow more tired and drained than when I broke up!

RHR is within normal range and HRV is balanced. Training is 'maintaining'.
I'm shattered.

Oh dear cackleberry , you sound stressed. I hope that you can find a way to get better sleep - if you do, please let me know as I could do with more than one good night a month too.

I’ve put next year’s LL50 into the watch and it has worked a 6 month plan for me, starting in January. Before that it says “preparation phase, this phase focuses on all around fitness benefits”
Since I don’t currently have the head space to work out what I actually want to do and am unlikely to stick to any plan very long anyway, I’m going to give it a go.

Today it says 1 hr15, base @13:10.

It keeps slowing it’s idea of base pace for me down - but it’s still too ‘quick’ for hr training. Will see what happens…

I've got 1hr 17 at 10.30mm today. Probably marginally too fast for base training and not what I plan to do. My recovery run pace has been lowered from 11.45mm to 12.10mm, but it's put my base training effort for cycling up from 75W to 90W. It doesn't estimate cycling power and I don't have a working power meter.

(I put a spring marathon on to the calendar. It has been acknowledged.)

Training readiness this morning: 1. Suggestion: rest.
Pretty accurate after an afternoon/evening of vomiting and diarrhoea yesterday. 😐

(The only things I can blame are cake or flu jab.)

Defo the flu jab quimby, couldn't possibly be cake.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
