Probably right RH, I think it’s playing up as it’s just shown my HR as 23 😲.

HRV in the middle of balanced, no SS as yet.

When I had the Garmin sessions on it always gave me a Base run at a pace here I knew it would go over the parameters.

Have fun on your run RH.

My Garmin is happy with my overall condition but deduces that my legs are gubbed and I shouldn't run or cycle today.

after yesterday's mammoth interval session I would guess it's right?!?!?
whereas despite doing a double double (so 6 runs in 4 days) mine thinks I should do a threshold session

just 38 mins in total with the middle 18 at 11.15 pace
whilst at the same time saying that I needed to look for opportunities to relax today as my BB only raised 65 over night (I too finished at 5)
but I my sleep scored fair and was long and calm which will help me stay alert and attentive throughout the day

It may be right, or possibly today is the day it should be telling me to do 37 minutes at 12.10mm, which is one of its go-to offerings, to fatten up my mitochondria.

you've also been doing a huge amount of gardening lately which will strengthen the legs

I haven't told the Garmin about the gardening, I don't want it judging that too muppet (Occasionally it perceives it as "stress" and advises me to do some breathing.)

Sorry for not replying before Pix as I went out with the dog. HR seems to have settled now, still no SS so maybe had a glitch overnight.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
