Ally2 2 4th places in this race- can I get top 3? sub 32 attempt. even though I live miles away I do enjoy this race. weird race. was 3rd for first 500m then 2nd for next 9.5k and the gap that was 3 secs at 1k grew then got pegged back to about 4s at 6k then grew to 9s then in last k reeled in 2s. Like a time trial behind a 2:22 marathoner! Fairly warm day for running so sub 32 will have to wait. 2nd ,won trophy and $30 vouchers. splits 1k 3:02, 2k 6:15,3k 9:25, 5K 15:47, 7k 22:22, 8k 25:43 9k 28:55.

Flat Out Fi Hatfield Broak Oak 10k race! Not feeling too dandy today but still raced of course!! Was 5th lady overall and delighted to have come 1st FV35-45! I got a v nice trophy and £30 vouchers to spend at Fast Feet Running Shop! My time was over a minute slower than last year but the prize made up for it and it seemed most of the girls I spoke to at the end were also slower than last year so I wont feel too bad about that! :o))

Vicksta Absolute rubbish. Started feeling light headed and dizzy at mile 2 and everything a lot harder work than it should have been. Gave up and jogged and saved myself for Wednesday's league race.
