run-forest-run Aiming For 45 min, this would be an ace pb for me. Flat 2 lap course round wide country lanes Definitely a PB course, thanks to all those who bet on me, didnt think the sub 45 was on as it was so windy ! I really surprised myself today, chuffed, can't say more !!!

Duke of Drayton First time at Fradley, hoping for another good 10k. Had a week of clocking uip 2000 miles visiting wife in hospital so legs are shot think I'll take it steady on this one. Did better than I expected however LH calf is giving me grief now! Good course for PB's, very nice momento lacking a bit in atmosphere though however would do again.

ifor Sun in the morning then it turned cold with a chill wind and a bit of rain. Wind all the way round. Went well and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice steady 3 miles to start then picked it up for the second half.

AngeM Supposed to be going for sub-47:00 for this 10k according to the marathon training program.... *Update* Nice race. Very windy day with strong gusts too (the kind that take your breath away), especially around half way point. Was running some 7.30's but then slowed later on. Av 7.39 pace. So not quite sub 47.00 but pleased with this effort, bodes well for the marathon, sort of on target. Plus last time I ran this sort of time for a 10k, I was in my early 30's!!! Sorry to all those that bet on me, maybe on a less windy day and if I hadn't started right at the back, I could have shaved 40 seconds off??

Coopz Approximate time. Things were going well for about 8kn (despite cold and very strong wind!) then knee went and had to stop twice over last 2k. Really, really, really hacked off with this leg. Need a new one.

pafa First race in over 25 years. Took up running again 4 weeks ago and was talked into doing this one. Glad I did, well organised, nice course (shame about the rain and the wind). Aimed at 55 mins but did 49:28 well pleased. On to Silverstone next week.
