Began running again in Feb 2009. I use to run a lot in my teens and early 20’s and was not to bad at the longer distances. So it seemed a good idea to start again, however I have now got the bug back and have ran the Fradley 10k, Silverstone Halt Marathon and joined Lichfield Running Club. I have even invested in a Garmin 405 (bit of a gadget man) but what a great bit of kit. Booked to do 2 more 10k’s this year and I would like to get another 2 half marathons in and maybe, just maybe a full marathon in before the end of 2009.
Oh yes I also love diving!!
