Andy 1 shoe Money New v40 pb by 50 seconds! really pleased with todays race, i went through 5 miles in 30.49 a new pb but then slowed to a 7.04 6th mile which was mostly uphill. a lot of hills on this course,i took it easy on the hills and pushed it on the flat sections.i had a chat with Sloggerian at half way,sorry i couldnt say much i was on the edge!! lol..

Grid Target: 59:59. Nice race, but a tough steady climb in the last 2K. Conditions overcast to start with, but strong sunshine in the second half made things a touch tougher.
