Was targeting sub 2:55
Was on target but had to stop with cramping in left calf twice..miles 22 and 24.
Left hammy started to cramp in last mile,,didnt stop but had to slow right down.
Still a PB tho!!

Fast&Furious Felt sick at 8 to 9 miles, may have been a reaction to sports drink. Unable to take on further nutrition or gels.
Persistent stitch in right from 15 miles.

MuMag Ran this one with a temperature and a sore throat that was so bad I had difficulty hydrating. Took several walk breaks, hence the poor time. But was very grateful that i got around the course - and kicked my bug!

jammykenyian Ran 2 04 13 miles and hit wall at 17 miles and struggled home.  Experementing more now with fuel on long runs
so feel a good Seville marathon coming up in Feb 12.
