PJL PBd in December with a time way quicker than expected, so it could be a tall order to beat it, especially with the wind & snow forecast. Will give it my best shot though. Update: No snow, but it was a tad breezy on the back 5k. Never thought I'd be disappointed with 39:11, but I do feel that I should have done better. Excuses: rubbish sleep Friday night, and the beginnings of a cold. HR readings confirm that I just wasn't putting as much effort in as I did at Percy Pud (avg 185 vs 190).

Honley Lion After Abbey Dash, gonna try for another PB. Just 20-30 seconds off would be at least something and a step in the right direction. Chip time gives me a PB by 28 seconds. Felt I could have done better though but not unhappy.
