I started running after seeing my sister and cousin (id:sister) running the Great North Run in 2006. The atmosphere was amazing and I though I want some of this. I started training for the Reading Half Marathon and completed it in 1hr 40mins. The for the past couple of years Ive been half heartedly entering other races and still doign well. I have finally given myself a kick up the arse and joined a running club so I can really improve on my fitness and my race performance. My goal by the end of the year is to finish a half marathon sub 1hr 20mins.
