swerver After a good 10k NYE have ran two since and been pants, using this to train and build for 10k in July and Half's in August-November. Better than last 10k but nearly 3 min but still over 4 min off PB going the right way at least

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Only entered the other day.Will just enjoy and if a pb happens it happens.Not my best time ever for a 10k but very very hot and i think that effected me today:-):-)but under an hour so still ok:_):-)loved the race.Friendly marshalls and i won a spot prize wow .Came away complete with a bottle of wine aswell as my crstall cube momento and goody bag.

DitzyPlodder I am really looking foward to this as it will be my first 'proper' 10k (first one race for life when walkers were set off before runners) Would love to come in in under an hour but will have to see - I now will be sporting my brand new fetch vest so no hiding for me now!! :o) - UPDATE offical time in!
