My strained is mostly cos my HRV stats have nose dived last few days. Hoping that gets better shortly.

I find the sleep thing is not very accurate.

Went to bed early last night, absolutely knackered.
Lay awake listening to OH snoring for over an hour. Fell asleep at some point, but was woken at 12:45 by a hot flush. 20 mins later, OH starts up again. So move to spare room. Lie awake till 2am...
Awake well before 6am alarm.

This morning sleep score an optimistic 58% and BB at 31.

Feel like crap.

my Garmin thinks I've been on one hell of a binge today! The details in mfp are right but something has gone very wrong when they get sent through to Garmin.

I went looking for my calories. They're much as I'd expect.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
