back on the virtual mile aim..... wet & soggy, once out decided to give an attempt at virtual mile. I had rain driving in my eyes, constantly watching the footpath for puddles disguising holes & hazards and I genuinely thought maybe 9.05-9.10mm but thought I'd be delighted with a 8.59! so get 7.58 is magnificent and only a few seconds off my PB!!! What a boost 3) 1mi - 7:58(7:58/mi) 146/161bpm [1162b/mi] 89cal 319/421W |
