Sounds yum though Red Squirrel! Well done on round 4 Sharkie! Really satisfying to be using heavier weights, nice one. How are you both getting on sallykate and Elsie Too? And anyone else I've missed? I'm up to day 11 on my second time round. Calf raises (which I normally do single leg quite comfortably) with 2 x 8kg dumbbells are much more challenging than I expected! My old back problem is grumbling a bit so I'm keeping the weight lower on RDLs but overall am getting through sessions with heavier weights than round 1. Still no running due to poorly heel but OH has set me up on the turbo so I'm starting to explore Zwift - hopefully might help my weedy quads too |

Every time I think I’m back on it and trying for 2 days per week, something comes along and messes it up, either a busy week where other things have to take priority or this week another virus meaning I’ve spent a few days not moving from the sofa. Maybe next week…

I went rogue today and did epic endgame day 25. Loved it really quick, sort of kick boxing based moves. 🥊

I’m back on it. Iron day 21 legs. Wow, super shaky legs and I couldn’t do the finisher because they were shaking too much! |

@LindsD my 2 mile walk to the shop reminded me how long it has been since I'd done squats and lunges. I'm walking like a sheep with legs that don't move properly.

So. I have decided next week is the week I get back to weights. Is there a suitable Caroline for someone who hasn't done anything for several months? Or should I go back to Girls Gone Strong? Not sure I can face that as I did it nearly twice round already.
