I was going to be doing Bracknell but it is off due to too much mud. My next option is Dinton Pastures ( chunkywizard 's manor). That one looks like a good option for a VI and guide. Probably best to park in the main car park for that and be next to the cafe.

Three cancelled in the Oxford area. Harcourt Hill and Horsepath are off due to other events at the location, and Witney due to being still waterlogged. That leaves just Oxford and University Parks which will probably be saturated with runners! |

The new paths are lovely but you are away from the main lake then there are roots, very uneven paths and lots of mud! Should be fun I won't be there as I am planned to tourist tomorrow. |

Leavesden Country is nice. Bit tight in places when we were there, and muddy. Mixture of paths, I'd go for trails if you have them (I was fine in roads, but trails would have been better). Didn't try it, but the cafe is supposed to be really good. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, though. If you can find local parking it may be better than the carpark - when we went, the local football teams were playing, which put added pressure on the parking. But we did go early on, numbers may have settled now.
