I beat my 2022 parkrun pb on Saturday, which I’d foolishly set on NYD. Then on Sunday, I tripped over the kerb and fractured my foot. FFS!

California Country on Saturday as it's a club champs event. I'll be going slow as have Wokingham 10K on the Sunday but it will be good to see lots of people :-)
