Sandhurst again for me. I would say it should be gentle as I might actually do a race on Sunday, but all parkruns are slow for me anyway these days.

Well looks like my plans have changed and I will be on the M5 heading North tomorrow at around 9, so... I was looking at Stonehouse parkrun, looks quite intimate and multi laps (which I don't mind). Any one else done this one?

Yes HT not long after it started, on a dry day its very quick. From memory its not the most exciting or inspiring course if thats what you are looking for as its 4 laps of football pitches but was a friendly environment and I think my parkrun PB course.

Loved Stonehouse. As expected, laps around a playing field and a little bit sticky, but the sunshine and relatively small field made it an enjoyable run. Apparently it was almost all tourists and one bloke was doing his 250th different course!.
Now having a coffee and cafe in Costa (there's no cafe on the course)

I was not feeling great before parkrun today with a sore Achilles, so started right at the back and jog walked with the tail walker and a new runner. Had a lovely time and it turned into a proper recovery run - felt better at the end then the start.
