My grandson (3) was supporting at parkrun and loved running through the finish funnel (with timers' and token marshal's permission!) Junior parkrun next year?! :-) G

For the first time in ages I'll miss parkrun this week, but I have run 3 times this week which hasn't happened in a very long time. If I didn't have a gig to go to on Friday I could have stayed over on our trip to Bristol and done a tourist run.

I'm also missing out on a #43 for my Wilson index, but that's a very minor consideration.

I'm volunteering this weekend and will be doing the first timer briefing at Cannock Chase.

I have 12 stage relays later that day and the Boss wants to run.
