Back to parkrun again this week but away again. I'm picking up a friend in Bognor on the way to Brighton to see a band. So it will be Bognor parkrun, which I see is a 4 lap course. Anyone done it?

Will be my 25 volunteering this weekend. I'll have to start actually running and putting in a bit of effort again after that. Eeep! G

Bognor is very nice, as is the cafe. The first (smaller) lap can be rather congested.

The campsite/caravan site at Alton Water has reopened for the summer so for those planning some tourism it's now very easy (assuming they enjoy camping anyway). I will resist, when I switch on my loudhailer at 8.50 for the first timers welcome/briefing, to shout 'Good Morning Campers, Wakey Wakey' into it
The Alton Water Cafe has also re-opened in its summer location too.
