I was so going to vote for Jillia and then I see she’s already made it!
I ironically or not started running last Friday, for now that’s my PT each day BUT i realise further measures might come and also that’s a small amount of time so I had a thought yesterday to run and PHONE IN (but dont phone it in) ((apologies blame Fleecey Lol! it’s so my buzzword for jillian!)) as well some days
Stay safe. Use our time to get strong

So yesterday I ended up doing Body Blast in the morning then yoga with my friend (it was soooo nice to have someone to take the piss out of Adriene with!) and then Rebound in the evening. Plus a sunset walk. I might be fitter than normal after this!
WhatsApp with my friend during yoga worked really well, I want to work out how to buddy up with people for other exercise. The casual social contact was one of the reasons I loved classes and typing Facebook comments is not the same.

I've been doing the Jennis workouts since last August hp (I got a good discount for being one of the initial subscribers) At first I wasn't sure but I think it's pretty good.
Even the most difficult advanced level only takes half an hour and excellent outdoor sessions are suggested (all of them can be done alone)
She (Jess that is) has also posted lots of five minute 'blasts', I approve of these too.

So beginners full body done. I enjoyed it in a 'this is tough' kind of way. I feel like I needed a 'how to..' for each of the exercises but she just gets straight down to it. With only 20 second bursts it's difficult to make sure you're doing it right before the time runs out. She seems to assume you know what you are doing. I've never done a burpee in my life. It will get easier with time as I become more familiar. Looking forward to the next one though.
Also I have had to add some kit to my next shopping expedition list. I imagine supermarkets will be sold out of any home workout related kit.

I'm slow at learning exercises hp. Good idea to play it through looking at the exercises first. I made a list (and privately blogged it!) each time. It certainly get easier and if you stick with it you see results quite quickly.
At first I complained to .B. that even the Beginners circuits were too hard, too fast, for an oldie like me.
