halfpint
I did a Jennis session this morning. I couldn’t work out why full body 2 was so much tougher than full body 1. Half way through the second set I realised I’d been faffing with the app and had left it on intermediate. I’m so not ready for intermediate :)

hey
so WFH is a thing and currently our systems are being slugs
so each time this happens I've started moving
I have kettlebells and have been using them but what other quick things can I do next to my desk?

Just finished a 15 minute handstand session with our youngest child. Do you have a floor and a wall? :-)

How about having a look at the ideas Maffetone has on slow training. philmaffetone.com

Assuming that you have the basics down of push/pull/lift, combine those movements with the general principles of keeping it easy like above and allowing lots of recovery time, and you can "grease the groove" to train whenever you work to good effect.

So although our "strength training sessions" are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, we are "greasing the groove" with handstands twice a day and 7 days a week.

Oh, and if you are sat down at a desk.

STRETCH - Dynamic mobility to warm up and then some stretching to counter the sitting.
Couch stretch against the wall. bozemanwellnesscenter.com Particularly good at helping after sitting.

I have rediscovered my skipping rope. I also have a weighted hula hoop that has had its dust blown off. Both good for small outside space.

Better still, find a way of making a standing desk. Easier said than done when improvising in times of not going out.
Our workstation is standing.

Laptop on a shelf or tall cupboard top etc...

We discovered that the skipping ropes are only long enough for small children. :-p
Comical, but no effective :-) Planning on modifying later...
