Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We have to confess to being a bit of a prepper, so for disclosure, this is our home setup.

Train throughout all weathers. When there is ice on the bars, we switch to ring work.

That said, we maintained strength using just bodyweight techniques when the four of us lived in a one bedroom flat for several months.

We have before, bit will recommend again, reddit.com
Minimal kit, unfashionable but effective.

Advice required. Some of the Jennis workouts require a kettlebell. I don’t have one and have no idea what size(s) might be appropriate.

Which exercise(s), hp? I've done most over 7 months (that's 22 different workouts) and have never used a kb.

Have you got dumbbells?

...if you have and tell me which exercises I can suggest an appropriate weight.

Resistance bands can work too - but DBs are usually better.

Think I might have found it, right back in month one - static squats with a kettlebell?

Easy subtitute a db for that - would suggest starting with 4 or 5kgs. Better too light than too heavy - you climb so you don't want to be pissing round with anything TOOOO dinky!

But you could equally just do body weight and make them really precise and fast up slow down.
