Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks COTH a couple of pages back - my fabric softener is a 3ltr and I also filled the old one to the same marker and use them for weights.

I’ve just found a bunch of empty 5 litre screen wash bottles. Rinsed our to use for weighting my kayak but I thought maybe KB alternative too.

If you have kayaks, you probably have dry bags. Which would make a good sandbag equivalent, with the roll top becoming a handle.
Obviously, we are thinking more of the heavy duty ones than the lightweight stuff we use in rucksacks. Any dry material that is malleable, not just sand would do the trick.
Just a thought.

Phew they’re different. First one is RunnyBunny’s whooping plyometric dance recommendation and the second is boxercise

I’ve not bothered finding stuff on YouTube myself as it’s time consuming plus I have a bunch of videos to catch up on from my online classes, but they put more rebound classes on YouTube I noticed, with the lovely master trainer who once taught my class :)
