Tav H Nov 2007 9:30am, 18 Nov 2007 39 posts	0 Tav H Upped my LSR to 10k. I'm having difficulty with running slow (10:30 mile/min) and felt it was affecting my tendons a bit, achilles especially. Hopefully my first 10k at Dorney Lake next Sunday will be sub-1 hour. It was a bit windy this morning. Foxes - 1, runners - 1.
