A great PB at Brighton 10k in seemingly near-arctic conditions!

Fantastic. 20 even paced, feeling great, completely enjoyable miles.
Confidence boosting and the mojo is back

Fast but not as fast as I would have liked.
Late for club run so decided to run 1 lap (instead of 2) of Richmond Park as a half-marathon race pace run.
7.3 miles in 51 minutes puts me on target for a sub 1:30 half but it was tougher than I thought so I could still miss out on this goal
