Short and slow...recovery run 2.2 miles on tready at gym, followed by 1 hour of weights, sit-ups and stretching...I feel great now :-)

5.8 miles at 7-27 pace and 4.7 at 7-26 pace yep I'm like a metronome ;)

Again, strangely boingy. Am going to see whether Sir Fetch can add a 'Running-Boingy' to the drop down list on the training log.

My usual 10 mile route in 1hr 16mins. Not sure why the Garmin recorded mileage at just under 10! Clearly some form of techno SNAFU with a bunch of $mega$ satellites.

Anyway I'm well chuffed and clearly reaping the rewards of my recent NYC marathon + training.

Hopefully squeeze a few more miles in later tonight a la running club trg (if I don't have too many chores waiting for me, when I get home).
