That might not be exactly a training run, but it's what i do 4 mornings a week, and it gets me out in the fresh air keeping my exercise going It gives me time to think about things etc

Ran on treadmill, did 6.5 km in 30 mins, nice and easy no injuries, happy days.

Bloody hard work. 6x800m reps with 200m recoveries. My lack of running over holiday means I was huffing like a huffing thing. Had the pleasure of looking at GNW's backside for much of it as well!

Cracking session tonight, really enjoyed it..
10 minutes warm-up on treadmill (1.13 miles) Intervals (34m:15s) - 5 x 400M (60 seconds recovery) & 3 x 1000M (60 seconds recovery) 10 minutes cool-down on treadmill (1.16 miles) 300 sit-ups followed by 10 minutes stretching
