Took slow group out on club run around Pocklington as the usual group leader was unable to run tonight (3.12 miles). Very slow and steady but I really enjoyed it...sometimes it's nice to have the time to actually notice the scenery when your running and it made me realise how far I have come on (only 4 months ago I was running with them)

6 miles for the first time in a while, albeit very slowly. Raining all the way round but felt really great!

Even sluggisher than yesterday's. In training terms, it would have been more useful to have stayed in bed. But I'm not training, I'm recovering from my Last Significant Race of 2007 and grabbing a bit of afternoon sunshine whenever I can. So it was GOOD
(7 miles, average pace 9.36mm, legs like lead pipes.)

Too blinkin' quick... EvilPixie and I were supposed to having a gentle run, but when her calves started playing up, I was *forced* to take my other colleague, who is *supposed* to be easing himself back into running after 3 weeks off for some sort of mad 4 mile dash. ooooo That's gonna hurt tomorrow.....

Who is this impostor?
The JulesO who posts on here would NEVER scamper off with the Speedy Newcomer and abandon Pixie like that.
