13km steady run, not pushing, with strides. It's a recovery week in the marathon block. Half marathon booked for this Saturday to keep the block interesting.

The P&D says 12 mi MLR today. It's raining so I'm not too motivated but at least a friend wants to do 7 miles with me so I've got a good reason to go out.
